In this course we will be looking at music theory from the ground up; looking at the parts of a score and how to draw them.
You’ll cover all the basics and by the end of the course will be in a good position to start learning Grade 1 Theory (if you choose). Topics include the basics of reading and writing music notation, including:
- The stave
- Drawing the treble clef and writing notes
- The note names and how to find them on the stave
- Tips on how to write accurately and neatly
